Allen Valleys Enterprise Ltd (AVEL) is a Community Benefit Society set up as part of the Allen Valleys Landscape Partnership Scheme in order to support and deliver new projects that will safeguard some of this legacy and allow any income to be used for the benefit of the local community.
AVEL’s objective is to help to bring long-term prosperity to the Allen Valleys through sustainable, responsibly managed, projects.  We aim to support a thriving local community so that current and future generations can continue to enjoy this beautiful area.  

What is a Community Benefit Society?
Community Benefit Societies are organisations that conduct business for the benefit of their community. Profits are not distributed among members, or external shareholders, but returned to the community. AVEL is run by volunteers and is be looking to involve more Allen Valley residents in the development and delivery of its projects through AVEL membership. ​
